 Delivery Information

When purchasing online please make sure to include all your details (email address, address for delivery and contact details). Green Cheeks (Pty) Ltd currently makes use of “The Courier Guy” for all our deliveries and finds the “The Courier Guy” to be a reliable delivery service for a standard courier fee of a R80.00. Paxi (starting from R60.00 depending on the size of the package) and Postnet-to-Postnet (R99.00) are also options for delivery.

Once orders are placed, all orders will be sent out within 48 hours, unless stated otherwise. Your order should be delivered in a day or two after the courier service has collected it but please bear in mind, we have no control over the delivery period once the order has been collected by the “Courier Guy”, alternatively when same has been delivered to Postnet.

Deliveries could be delayed due to various reasons. In these instances, Green Cheeks (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any consequential loss due to any delays and/or otherwise. Please ensure that you check your delivery before signing for it. Green Cheeks (Pty) Ltd will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company.

Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in good condition. If there is nobody to sign for the package at the given delivery address, you will be phoned on the number you have provided in your Green Cheeks (Pty) Ltd profile. If you cannot be reached, the delivery will be attempted in the following days. Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements.


Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of the products sold by Green Cheeks (Pty) Ltd your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it should you wish to return. The product purchased must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund, after it has been approved, kindly check your bank account before sending an enquiry. Should the refund not be reflected in your bank account, contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund to reflect on your bank statement and/or credit card statement. However, please do not hesitate to contact us on [email protected] should you have any further queries.

Sale items (if applicable)

No sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are received by the customer as defective and/or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: Green Cheeks,38a Pikkewyn Street, Monument Park, Pretoria,0181, South Africa.


To return your purchased product, please mail your product to: Green Cheeks, 38a Pikkewyn Street, Monument Park, Pretoria,0181, South Africa.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any and all shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over the value of R500.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
